I would prefer to change to discharge external battery first, than internal. so i would have plenty of time to replace the external batt with a fully charged one. She returned by another domestic flight and once she'd returned to her car she attempted to reactivate her bluetooth. each time she tried it failed.... I'm having an extremely similar situation--in a t440p (which i've used for >a year so far), a day or two ago it simply stopped charging when plugged in (in windows 10 it said "plugged in, not charging"); i tried all the standard fixes but eventually because i had to use the battery, it went down to 0% and is now showing the issues that tenkigu. Did you unplug the power cord from the psu, press the power key for 10 – 20 seconds (to drain the capacitators) and turn on the pc? if you have a laptop, then take out the battery, press the power key and then put the battery back again and start your laptop..
